We extend a warm welcome to the Nassau Bay Homes Association. We are glad you have chosen our unique, distinctive waterfront community, and look forward to meeting you. Our members take great pride in fostering a friendly, hospitable atmosphere. We are confident that you will quickly feel at home and find the neighborhood to be a warm and welcoming place to call home.
Monthly trustee meetings are essential to the functioning of the association and we appreciate everyone's attendance. This is an excellent opportunity for new residents to connect with fellow neighbors and for all members to share any thoughts, suggestions, or concerns you may have regarding our wonderful neighborhood. Your input is invaluable as we collectively work towards maintaining the association’s value as an attractive and desirable community.

Architectural Compliance
As part of the NBHA Deed Restrictions, all home projects seeking to make changes to the external structure or property require an Architectural Review Application (ARA), and must receive written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to beginning work. Some common examples are house painting, window/roof replacement/solar panels, new fencing, driveway alteration, generator installation, and additions such as swimming pool, boat house or pergola.

Home Maintenance Policy
All improvements on a lot, applicable to those areas of the property visible from public view, must be maintained in a state of good repair and shall not be allowed to substantially deteriorate. Repairs shall include, but not be limited to paint, mold/mildew, exterior surfaces, garages doors, lawns/landscaping, inoperable vehicles, machinery/equipment, basketball goals, and pools.

Pool
Lifeguarded pool hours are Tuesday-Sunday 2pm-8pm, and closed on Monday for cleaning. Pool tags and waivers are required for pool use, and sold throughout the year for $45 administrative fee per home. Please contact the office for purchase, and check your HOA registered email for after hours tag sale notifications.
Marina
Each member home can access the marina to utilize its features through an individual gate code. Wet and dry slips are available for monthly rental, though there may be a waitlist. Please contact the office for more information.
