Nassau Bay Homes Association Year-Round Pool Hours of Operation:
Monday: CLOSED FOR CLEANING
Tuesday - Sunday: Open from dawn to dusk.
All members must have a current (04/01/2026 - 3/31/2027) pool pass and signed liability waiver on file to use the pool. Only Nassau Bay Homes Association Members may access the pool during the off-season withought lifeguards present. During this time, the pool is swim at your own risk.
Nassau Bay Homes Association Pool Hours With Lifeguards:
Lifeguards are available at the pool beginning Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend.
Monday: CLOSED FOR CLEANING
Tuesday - Sunday: Lifeguards are present from 2PM - 8PM
Nonmembers (those who do not reside within Nassau Bay Homes Association) may access the pool during lifeguarded hours. A current pool tag for the 2026 season, as well as a liability waiver is required. Please contact the NBHA office if you wish to purchase a tag.
The Nassau Bay Nauticats swim team uses the pool during the summer for practices and swim meets. Please refer to the NBHA calendar to view dates the pool is occupied by the swim team, as it may be closed to the public.
All individuals inside the gated pool area are required to follow the rules below. Thank you for your cooperation. 👇

Pool Rules
CHILDREN UNDER FOURTEEN (14) YEARS OF AGE SHALL NOT USE THE POOL UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT. INDIVIDUALS WHO CANNOT SWIM SAFELY ON THEIR OWN SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED IN THE WATER BY A CAPABLE SWIMMER.
THE SWIMMING POOL AREA IS OPEN FROM DAWN TO DUSK (CLOSED MONDAY).
INTOXICATED PERSON OR THOSE HAVING A TRANSMISSIBLE CONDITION OR ILLNESS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA.
NO DISPLAYS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING.
ONLY NON-BREAKABLE CONTAINERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA.
GUESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY MEMBERS.
ONLY REGULATION SWIMWEAR IN POOL.
NO PETS, GLASS, OR STYROFOAM OBJECTS ALLOWED IN POOL AREA WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMITTING.
CONSUMPTION OF FOOD OR DRINK WHILE IN WATER IS PROHIBITED.
NO RUNNING OR EXCESSIVE HORSEPLAY IS PERMITTED.
POLITE BEHAVIOR IS EXPECTED AND LIFEGUARDS, EMPLOYEES, AND TRUSTEES HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE PERCEIVED TO BE VIOLATING THE RULES OR DISTURBING THE PEACE TO LEAVE AT THEIR DISCRETION.
MEMBERS SHALL LATCH THE GATE BEHIND THEM. NO UNAUTHORIZED INDIVIDUALS IN RESTRICTED AREAS SUCH AS PUMP ROOM, LIFEGUARD ROOMS, STORAGE ROOMS, OR BEHIND STORAGE BUILDING AND PUMP ROOM.
2026 Swimming Pool Registration & Indemnification Form (MEMBERS ONLY). Please fill out one form for the entire household.
