Notice of June Monthly Board Meeting

This is the official notice of the Nassau Bay Homes Association Board Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the Café Conference Room at 1322 Space Park Dr., Nassau Bay, TX 77058.

NBHA ANNUAL MEETING *RESCHEDULED*

Please be advised that the Nassau Bay Homes Association Annual Meeting, previously scheduled for Thursday, May 15th, had to be postponed.

The meeting will now take place on Thursday, May 29th at 6:00 PM. The meeting will take place in the cafe conference room located at 1322 Space Park Drive.

Office Closed- Monday, May 26th

In observance of Memorial Day, the office will be closed on Monday, May 26th. Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, May 27th. We hope you have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend.

Monthly Meeting

The regularly scheduled monthly meeting of the Board of Trustees is typically held at 6:00PM on the third Thursday of every month in the cafe conference room at 1322 Space Park Drive.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend the meetings. In rare instances will the meeting be rescheduled to another date. If so a notice will be posted on the website, Facebook and also emailed. Please make sure to contact our office if you are unsure if your email is on file.

Trustee Election

The Annual Trustee Election, originally scheduled for Saturday, May 3, 2025, will not be required. As three candidates submitted applications for three open positions, they run unopposed, and are elected by acclamation.

We’re pleased to announce that Megan Montalvo, Chivon Flynn, and Brad Landmann will be serving on the Board of Trustees. They will serve alongside Jonathan Sommer and Kristi Bond.

Please join us in welcoming the new Trustees at the Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 6:00PM, held in the café conference room at 1322 Space Park Drive, where they will officially join the Board.
